Hair Tonic for Hair Growth:

If you don’t like to do oil your hair, then use hair tonic. Or if you want to oil your hair then as per your choice before or after oiling, you can use this tonic.

For making this tonic take a bowl, add 2-3 tablespoon methi seeds (fenugreek seed) and add 2-3 tablespoon Kalonji seeds, soak these two ingredients into the water for overnight. Next day morning bowl, the mixture for 5-10 min in a medium flame. Then strain the liquid and into the water soak a green tea bag for 1 hour. After 1 hour your toner is ready to use and this time if you have a rosemary essential oil then add 5-8 drops.

You can store it for 10min in the refrigerator; use daily for best result.  

Hair Mask for Thick Hair:

For weekly hair care routine, you should have to use hair pack. Hair pack provide hair food to maintain a healthy scalp. This Fenugreek seeds hair pack you can use twice a week. Daily using of hair pack makes your soft and manageable. After using Fenugreek hair tonic leave it for 30min to absorb into the scalp. Then apply this hair mask from scalp to tip and leave it for 1-2 hours then wash off with plain water or if you want then you can wash your hair using mild shampoo; don’t use conditioner.

After straining toner, let the kalonji and methi seeds for cooling down. Then make a fine paste of kalonji and methi seeds along with dahi. Collect them into a bowl and add 2-3 teaspoon of aloe vera gel if you want. Make the little paste bit runny not too thick; if want then adds some water. Now your hair pack is ready for application.

 For extra shine, after wash, your hair use a hair rinse. For this, you need one teaspoon of apple cider vinegar to add into one full mug of water. After clean your hair, wash your hair with ACV rinse. Remember one thing after using you don’t need to wash your hair.

My Experience With Apollo Pharmacy Deep Nourishing Moisturizer

My skin type is dry, and I need a moisturizer which hydrates my skin all day long so, I bought this. But its makes my skin oily and after applying my face start sweating. Also, it doesn’t penetrate my skin easily; it takes time to absorb. If you have dehydrated skin or in winter season it’s a perfect moisturizer.

So, I stopped using it on my face then I start using it as a hand cream. This time it works good and makes my hands soft. It’s not waterproof, that’s why whenever you are washing your hand you need to apply it on your hands. You can use it as a body lotion also.

For me, it’s good but not so much good. It does not make your hand whole day hydrate, after one-time application it hydrate your skin for up to 5-6 hours. Overall it is an excellent product at this price range but its not best product.
