Hydration and moisturization make our bodies healthy and glowing. This season body oil plays a great role, not only in preventing dry skin but also helps to glow your body. Body lotion nourishing and moisturizing the full body and protect from winter dryness. Both products work when your body is ready to absorb all this.

Today, I share with you 5-easy steps to glowing your body naturally.

  • Use body oil
  • Use shower gel
  • Scrub your body (weekly 2-3times)
  • Apply bodypack (weekly 2 times)
  • Use a hydrating moisturization.


5-easy Steps To Glowing Your Body Naturally


Use Body Oil:

Winter season makes our body dry and shower gel or soap makes the body more dry. If we use body oil before bathing then we can prevent dryness. Body oil deeply penetrates into the skin and makes our skin glow. Many of us use body oil after bathing that is also good but try coconut oil or pure olive oil before going to shower and massage for at least 2-3min for better absorption that makes your body soft and glowing.

Use Shower Gel:

After applying oil, use a good shower gel; if you want you can use soap

but I can not recommend you to use soap. Shower gel helps to remove sun tan and

also helps to remove dead cells regularly. 

Choose the right shower gel that contains brightening and hydrating ingredients.

My favorite shower gels are-

Scrub your body (weekly 2-3times)

Scrubbing or Exfoliation helps to remove dead cells and dry skin from the outer

layer of the body. This process helps to absorb products nicely and gives you a

healthy and soft body. But don’t do this regularly; daily use of scrub removes

natural oils and makes your skin dull. Do this weekly 2-3 times for the best result.

After Scrubbing if possible use a Body Pack. This step is optional, if you are not

interested then skip this step. But if you are ready to get parlor treatment at home

then you must include this step. 

For this, you need turmeric, licorice powder, honey, and curd. Just mix them and

apply them all over your body and face. Leave it for 15-30min then wash off with

normal water.


Use a hydrating moisturization:

After removing the pack or after scrubbing use a hydrating body lotion. It helps to

lock the moisture. These days in the market many types of moisturizers are

available.

According to your body type, you can choose anybody lotion or body butter.
