Our skin and hair are very precious for us but because of chemical treatments, we suffer lots of hair problem and stress full life gives an uneven, wrinkle-prone, tired skin. Home remedies are amazing for us, if it does not give good results, it is not very harmful to the skin.


Flaxseed gel has multiple benefits, it improves your hair structure, helps to reduce wrinkle from the skin and lastly, it helps to reduce weight also managed weight. So in your kitchen, there must have plain flaxseed. From this, we can easily make flaxseed gel at home.


Benefits of Flax Seeds:


Flax seeds contain Omega-3-fatty seeds, vitamin E, vitamin B, manganese, copper, magnesium high in anti-oxidant, etc. It helps to boost the immune system, improve digestive system, enhance hair growth, reduce hair-fall, prevent pre-mature hair greying, if you have oily skin then it controls excessive oil and hydrates your skin.


Omega-3-fatty acid has a good fat that protects your heart health, and it also helps to regrow hair. Recently research says that flax seeds fight with colon cancer, breast cancer and prostate cancer.


How to make Flax Seed Gel:


Making Flaxseed gel is super easy; all you need normal flax seeds and plain water.


In a bowl take 1-cup flax seed and 3-4 cup plain water (ratios depends upon you), boil this until water changed into a gel consistency. After that immediately strain this gel otherwise it stuck on the seeds.


You can store it in the refrigerator for at-least 1weeks. If you want to make it more then add your favourite essential oil and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.


Flax Seed Gel For Hair-Growth:


This methods not only boost hair growth but also improve hair elasticity. If you have dry and damaged hair and also you have hair breakage problem then this remedy 100% works.


Firstly, apply this gel all over your hair from scalp to tip then leave it for 2 hr. after that wash-off with plain water. Next day morning apply your favourite oil all over your hair then leave it at least for 2 hr then shampooing your hair with a mild shampoo.


Try this method weekly at-least-once for soft, smooth, bouncy hair.


Flax Seed Gel For Skin:


For enhance your complexion, reduce wrinkle, tighten up your sagging skin and also control excess oil without making greasy, then use flaxseed gel. Its anti-oxidant properties help to fight with UV rays and also reduce redness. If you have suffered from dark circle then it also reduces your dark circle.


The daily morning after washing with facewash, apply this gel and leave it for 30 min then wash off with plain water.

Firstly, use cleansing oil or any micellar water to remove your makeup then use foam cleansing and continue your CTM routine. At night we properly clean our face so in the morning our skin doesn’t need again deep cleansing that time mild cleanser makes your skin clean and brighter.

That’s why I recommend you in the morning use your face with a homemade cleanser.


All you need 1-teaspoon besan, 1-atta and pinch of turmeric; mixed then with rice water (for best result) or normal water. Now apply this all over your face and neck and leave it for 15min then wash-off with plain water.


Trust me girls you can see instant brightness on your face. Daily morning use this for best and effective result.  

Lemon Benefits

Lemon is that type of fruit which detoxify your body, helps to lose weight and enhance your skin complexion. It has a high source of vitamin C or ascorbic acid and also has malic acid. The taste of the lemon is sour; that’s why most of the people don’t take intake directly. If I start talking about the Benefits of lemon, then I can’t stop. But today I especially talking about the benefits of lemon for skin and how to use it for more getting fantastic results on your skin.

Before starting any steps, you need to clean your face and remove excess makeup and dirt. I share with you a fantastic skin brightening cleanser that cleans dirt and brightens your skin.   

For this, you need 2-teaspoon of raw milk (remember, don’t use boli milk) and add ½-teaspoon fresh lemon juice. Mix well and take a cotton ball, dip into the mixture then wipe-off. It is a fantastic skin brightening cleanser. 


πŸ’Honey and Lemon Juice:

If you lost your natural skin glow, then use this amazing mask. After using this facemask, you can see a visible result within a week.

For making this fantastic facemask take one and ½ teaspoon of honey and ½-teaspoon of fresh lemon juice. Mix well, clean your face, apply this, and leave it for 15-20min and wash off with normal water.

For best results, use this mask at night time and repeat this mask at-least 2-3times in a weak; please ignore to apply this on day time.


πŸ’Pea-flour, Turmeric, and lemon juice:

Are you going to marry within a month? Then try this bridal pack to achieve beautiful skin before you married. If you want, you can use it all over your body and face.

In a bowl, take 2-teaspoon of pea-flour, add 1-teaspoon of Kasturi turmeric, 1-teaspoon of lemon juice and curd for making a thick paste.

Apply this all over your face and body and leave it for full dry.

For removing the pack, don’t use water; rub to remove the face pack then use water.


πŸ’Aloe-Vera, Turmeric, and lemon juice:

In the summertime, we faced tanning, redness, and many more things; you need 2-teaspoon Aloe-Vera gel, a pinch of Turmeric, and 1/-teaspoon lemon juice. Mix well and apply this all over your face and leave it for 15-20min then wash off. 

For best results, use this 2-3times in a week and trust me you never get a tanning problem. 

πŸ’Cucumber juice and Lemon juice:

After cleaning your face, toner application is essential because it closes your pores and gives a glass skin.

For this, you need 3-teaspoon cucumber juice and ½-teaspoon lemon juice mixed well. After clean your face, apply this with a cotton pad and leave it for 10min then wash-off.

  • πŸ‘‰Licorice (Mulethi) and honey: Licorice means Mulethi, and Mulethi is an excellent ingredient for skin glowing. It also helps to control ingrown hair, day by day, your facial hair reduced and milk also helps to brighten up skin.

        Take 1-teaspoon Licorice powder mixed with milk and make a paste. Apply it 3-4times in a week and maintain your skin complexion.

            Coffee helps to reduce fine lines very well. Coffee instantly brightening your skin.

Take one ripe banana, 1-teaspoon honey, 1-teaspoon raw honey. Blend them properly in a blender and make a smooth paste. Apply it on your face. 
Leave it for 15-20min then wash-off.
This pack gives you an awesome glow. This is the best pack for me. This mask also good for dry, damaged hair. You can also try this on your hair. You definitely get the desired result.

1-teaspoon vitamin E oil,1/2 glycerin, and 2-teaspoon rose water. I mixed them very well.
