5-morning habits that can change your life
Are you feel lazy in the morning? Or Are you feel depressed and
want to change your life? If your answer is ‘YES’ then this article will
definetly help you. Most of the people just set the alarm to wake up in the
morning, but 80% of people off alert and again go for sleep. The whole day you
feel less energy and below confidence. Every night before sleep we think many
works, which we can do the next day but most of the people will fail.
Today I share 5-morning habits that can change your life. You
follow this routine for 30-days then come back to my blog and share your
experience with me.
When you woke up in the morning, follow “SAVERS” rule that means
Silence, Affirmations, Visualization, Exercise, Reading and Scripting.
5-morning habits that can change your life
Silence:
Early morning our subconscious mind is active, that means
whatever you put your mind that catch quickly. Meditation is the best way to
send your thoughts on your subconscious mind. If you know about the Law Of
Attraction, then you are friendlier with the word- “Sub Conscious mind”, and
you also know the value of this.
Law Of Attraction says that if you think your dream in the
present tense and if you successfully send this message to the universe via
‘Sub Conscious mind’ then you can see your dreams comes true.
In your daily routine include meditation and yoga; you can see
all negative thoughts are gone. It also helps to concentrate your work for the
whole day and also you feel so light and active.
Affirmations:
After complete yoga, go to the front of the mirror and seeing
yourself. That time you tell yourself positive words that suits your
personality.
As an example- “I am a hard worker and successful person. I am
beautiful; that’s why people easily communicate with me. Every day I achieve my
rewards.”. Like this type of sentences, you can say the front of the mirror.
That helps to improve your personality.
Visualization:
Whatever affirmations you say, yourself, you need to visualize
that. Always remember what you want to get in life visualize that in a present
form, even if you haven’t got it yet. When you meditate, you will feel the same
joy as when you get it.
This method helps you to achieve your goal, and you notice many
ways open for you to achieve your dream. The road will open for you, but you
have to work to get it.
Exercise:
Include exercise in your daily routine. It is not necessary to
go to the GYM, and you can do freehand exercise, stretching that helps to stay
fit. As a result, the whole day, you stay healthy and energetic.
Reading:
After doing all the thing, go for freshening up. Then read a
motivational book or any religious book like ‘GITA’. This habit makes you all
day positive and forced you to work harder and harder.
Scripting:
Take any journal or diary and make a list of, what you want in
your life and make another list what you already achieve. Before going to bed,
make a to-do list for the next day that will help you to prepare yourself
mentally. And also make another list for gratitude. That’s mean say ‘thanks’
for those things which you achieve today.
As an example, “I am so happy and grateful for my laptop that
always helps to my work. Thank you, thank you, thank you, to the
universe”.
Do this every day for a month and trust me, you can
change your life. Who always discourage you, stay away from the negative
people.
